I was informed today that the package I shipped has been refused. Ups says the reason of rejection is probably because I chose cash in delivery and you guys had already refunded my shipping fee in advance.
So I was wondering if I am suppose to ship the package again by regular shipping(not cash in delivery) and you guys can refund me directly.
