落札後、セラーと一度も連絡がとれません。
請求書も送ってくれないので、ペイパルで支払うこともできなくて、とても困っています。
私は、何度も請求書を要求するメールをしました。
今、落札後から10日目です。
イーベイシステムから、支払催促のメールが私に着ています。
請求書が来なくて、支払えないので未払いの状態です。
この場合、私はどうすればいいですか？
ちなみに、オークション終了前に、私はセラーに質問をしたときは、
「海外発送可能・送料」の回答をしてくれていました。

I haven't been able to contact the seller not even once after bidding.
The seller does not send the invoice and I cannot pay via PayPal, I'm very troubled.
I have sent email asking for invoice many times.
It's been 10 days since I won the bid.
I receive email asking for payment from eBay system.
I haven't received invoice and I cannot pay, so the status is unpaid.
What should I do for this case?
By the way, when I asked question to the seller before the auction ended, I got reply saying "overseas shipment available and how much shipping charge costs".
