落札後、セラーと一度も連絡がとれません。
請求書も送ってくれないので、ペイパルで支払うこともできなくて、とても困っています。
私は、何度も請求書を要求するメールをしました。
今、落札後から10日目です。
イーベイシステムから、支払催促のメールが私に着ています。
請求書が来なくて、支払えないので未払いの状態です。
この場合、私はどうすればいいですか？
ちなみに、オークション終了前に、私はセラーに質問をしたときは、
「海外発送可能・送料」の回答をしてくれていました。

I have no invoice so I can't even make a payment.
I have messaged to ask him/her to send me an invoice many times.

I got a remainder from ebay system that I need to pay.
I can't pay because I have no invoice.
What should I do in this case?
By the way, before the auction finished, I asked the seller questions, he/she gave me "available to ship to overseas▪shipping fee".

After I won the bid, I have not being able to contact the seller at all.
He/she has not sent me its invoice either so canny pay through PayPal and I am having trouble.
I have already sent several e-mails asking for the invoice.
It's been 10 days since the bidding completed.
Currently, I am getting payment demanding letter from the e-bay system.
But, I cannot make the payment since I have not received its invoice.
What should I do in this situation?? Please advise.
As for reference, I contacted the seller prior to the completing of the auction asking a question, and he/she responded with no problem with the answer "it is possible to ship the item to oversea and the shipping cost is how much."
