To be honest with you that I am not professional photographer and I am just novice. I really don't know what micro four thirds means or what the lens is for. I am sorry about buying wrong lens for my camera. If you see the picture with black surrounded in the picture you take when you get the lens back to you. If you think it is defective then let me know. I will take care of this to mail it back to you soon.
