リターンリクエストを受領したのですが、一点質問させてください。
「カメラは毎秒8フレーム撮れるのですが、レンズとつけると4フレームに落ちます」という返品理由ですが、レンズの元々の性能のせいなのか、それともレンズの故障のせいなのかをメーカーに確認をとらせてください。ご使用になっているカメラの機種を教えていただけますか？

Regarding the reason of returning that "the camera is 8 frames per second but it drops to 4 when I attach the lens", let us check the manufacturer if it is the performance of the lens or breakdown of the lens?
May we know the type of the camera?

I have received the return request, but please let me ask you one thing.
"The camera can take 8 frames per second, but when attach the lens, it falls to 4 frames per second" is the reason for return, but let me check if it's because of an original capacity of the lens, or because the lens are broken. Could you tell me the camera model you are using?

Your reason for this request is, “My camera does 8 frames per second and when I attached the lens it drops to 4.” Please give me some time to contact the lens maker to verify the cause of it, in other words either because of the lens’ original specs or because of defective lens.
