Will you replace the watch with a functional one or is it easier for your company to just void the deal and refund my purchase price?

As you probably know whatever is the best solution for this problem I will have to go through the Paypal dispute resolution process and not Ebay as my time was only 30 days for returns for them. Paypal covers the transaction for a longer period. I will recontact them to ask how to proceed.

ご存知かとは思いますが、ベストな解決策がなんであれ、わたしはEbayではなく、Paypalの問題解決プロセスに従うつもりでおります。
わたしの場合、購入後30日までが返品対象でしたが、Paypaｌならもっと長い期間の取引を保障してくれます。
Paypalに再度連絡して、今度の手順を確認してみます。
