私としても完成していないものに報酬は払えません。私もこの1件であらかじめ日本で受注していた案件が白紙になっているので非常にこのフリーランサーのために迷惑しています。
もちろんそのために損害も出ています。
何度完成していないので報酬は払えないといっても聞く耳を持ちません。正直困っています。
クライアントより自分のほうが偉いと認識しているようです。海外ではそうなんでしょうか？

They would not just listen to me, probably thinking of themselves being in a higher position than a client.

Even fired, the freelance will not agree. What happen, if that is the case?
I cannot and will not pay a fee for incomplete job. Because of the incompleteness, I already lost orders I received. This freelance annoys me a lot.
Of course I already suffer business losses.
The freelance does not listen even I told him/her for a number of times that the incomplete job will not be paid. This is a big trouble.
