お問い合わせ番号 EL 024 271 612 JP
こちらでも東京国際郵便局で追跡調査中ですがまだ3週間位
かかるようです。もう1週間ほどまって頂きまして不明なときは
返金したいと思いますので
しばらくお待ち下さいますようお願いします。

June 12th: Delivered from Denmark International Exchange Office
Number for inquiry: EL 024 271 612JP
Tokyo International Post Office has been checking by tracking.
They say that you have to wait for about 3 more weeks.
If you wait for another 1 week and still do not receive it, we will issue you a refund.
We appreciate your patience.

6/11 Processing at the custom in Denmark.
6/12 stated as shipped from the International post office Denmark.
Inquiry number EL 024 271 612 JP
We have been investigating it at the Tokyo international post office but it seems it may take for 3 weeks.
If we wait for another week and it's still not clear, we would loke to refund.

June 12: Delivered by the Dane International Exchange

Here too, the Tokyo International Post Office is currently tracking it. Looks like it'll take three more weeks or so to know where your order is. Could you wait one more week or so? If it still remains unknown where your order is, I think I'll make you a refund. So I'd like to ask for your patience.
