本日また、日本郵便のサイトで追跡調査すると、まだウクライナで「Retention（保管）」と書かれてます。下記サイトです。まだそちらの郵便局などに保管されている可能性があります。もよりの郵便局にトラッキング番号を言ってお問い合わせいただけませんか？かならず、「日本郵便のサイトでは保管扱いになっている」と伝えてみてください。よろしくお願いします。

The package may still be stored at a post office or other establishment there. Could you tell your nearest post office your tracking number and make an inquiry?
