I will be making a complaint if I donot receive my £104 back today!!! I am and have not been in receipt of the goods so should not be responsible for the shipping at all!!!!!

Please confirm how much you are refunding as far as I'm concerned I havnt and will not be receiving the bag so expect £104 refunded. As you have stated in the email below you bear costs for shipping??
