お時間がかかるとのことです。
大変申し訳ないのですが、EMSではなく、貴国の税関に直接聞いていただくのが一番早いとのことです。

Sorry for my late reply. As I checked with international post office in Tokyo, they can accept investigation request but after all it takes weeks. I'm very afraid to tell you this but instead of EMS, fastest way is to directly ask the customs in your country.
