Additionally, we have understood that our sale will decrease if you are no longer a sole distributor of our products. However, even if certain circumstances are taken into consideration, we must say that the possibility of reconsidering our sole distributorship agreement with you is relatively high as the sale figure agreed upon has not been achieved and also because of the current sales performance in the stagnating Philippines market. Having said that, we would like to continue to have you as our most important business partner in the Philippines market even if the sole distributorship agreement with you is to be cancelled.
