お荷物を再度追跡した所無事に到着したようで良かったです
日本郵便に今回の荷物遅延の原因を聞いたところ１－２月の大雪の影響でNYの郵便交換局にかなりの荷物が溜まってしまいそれにより追跡番号の反映が遅れていたとの事でした
これにより最近は日本郵便にもかなりのクレームがあったらしいです
この度は商品のお届けが遅くなってしまった事、日本郵便及びUSPSに代わりお詫び申し上げます

I tracked the parcel again and I'm glad to find out it arrived safely.
As I asked the reason of delay for this parcel to Japan Post, lots of parcels were accumulated to NY postal center due to heavy snow in January and February, delaying tracking numbers to be reflected.
There were lots of complaints made to Japan Post recently for this reason.
I apologize for delayed delivery of the item this time on behalf of Japan Post and USPS.

When we checked the tracking system again, it showed that your package had arrived. We are happy that you received our product.
We inquired Japan Post about the reason for the delay of the package we shipped. Their explanation for the delay was because of the processing delay at the exchange post office in New York due to heavy snow. They told us tracking was delayed as a result.
We were also told that Japan Post received a large number of complaints as well for this.
