発送側の報告と受け取り側、両方の報告が必要との事ですので
お手数ですがそちらの配達局のほうにも同じようにダメージレポートの報告をお願いします。
双方の報告が取れたあとで運送事故の調査をとり
そのあとで保障の手続きに入るとの事です
そちらで配達局のほうにダメージレポートの報告が終わりましたら一報いただけると助かります
因みにカメラのほう現状で撮影する事はできていますでしょうか？

I have filed damage report to the post office at my side.
Both report from sender and recipient are necessary, so sorry for taking time but please also file damage report at the post office in your side. After mutual reports are made, they will investigate on the transportation accident and process compensation.
I'd appreciate that you let me know once you complete damage report at your post office.
By the way, currently can the camera take photos?

I have submitted a damage report to the delivery station here.
It seems that both reports from the sender and recipient are needed.
Could I trouble you to submit the damage report to the delivery station there as well?
It was told that they will start the guarantee procedures after receiving both reports and investigating the trucking accident.
It would be helpful if you could inform me once you have done the damage report to the station there.
By the way, are you able to take any photos with the camera now?
