本日商品が届きました。届いた商品は記述どおりで満足しています。ただこの取り引きに２点問題があります。１点は送料の件です。私はあなたに450㌦を支払いましたが実際にかかった送料は285㌦ほどです。もう1点は何度も確認した結果マグカップが3点、ソーサーが１点足りません。私はebay,paypalをとおしてクレームをつけることもできますが、争うつもりはありません。こちらからの提案としては送料の差額分うち150㌦分をpaypalを通して返金して頂くことです。
I received the merchandise today. I'm satisfied with the merchandise since they are exactly as you described. However, I have 2 issues I'd like to bring up. First is the shipping charge. I paid you $450, but the actual shipping cost was about $285. Second, I counted repeatedly and found 3 mugs and 1 saucer missing. I could file a complaint via eBay or PayPal; however, it is not my intention to argue. My suggestion is that you would refund me $150 via PayPal to cover these discrepancies.
