２、まず、配送方法も見直します。時間のかかる配送方法は避け、なるべくお客様が満足いただけるように航空便を使い発送致します。
そして、お客様がお求めになった商品と異なった商品は絶対に販売しません。
出品する際に専属の検品担当者を用意し動作確認もして販売致します。

Improvement plans
1. In the future we will make sure to explain characteristics of the item, brand, manufacturer, packing method, how to use it and whether it comes with instruction manual for each item. These are all for serving customers.
2. Firstly, we will review our delivery method. We will avoid delivery method which takes time, we will use air freight as much as possible to satisfy our customers.
Also, we will never sell items which does not match the item customer requested.
We will have dedicated inspection staff for listing, and we will check operation before selling.

In order to have our customers be satisfied as much as possible, we will avoid time consuming shipment measures and will use air couriers to make the quickest delivery possible. Also, we will never sell any products that has not been bought by the customer. When sending our product to the exhibition, we will allocate our exclusive inspector who will check and confirm the product’s operation when selling.
