バックオーダーになっている商品について
3/7に下記の内容のメールを受け取っているのですが・・・
このメールを読む限り、商品は既にそちらに入荷していると思うのですが…
何かトラブルがあり、入荷のスケジュールが遅れているのですか?
私達のお客さんがこの商品待っているので、出来るだけ早く送って欲しいです。
すぐに送れない場合は、いつになれば送ることが出来るかだけでも教えて下さい。

Regarding the product that's on back order
We have received an email with the contents below on March 7th...
As long as we can tell from this email, you must've already had the product...
Is it delayed for the items to arrive because of some trouble?
Our customers are waiting for the products so we would like you to send it as soon as possible.
If you can't send them to us soon, please at least let us know when we can get them.

Regarding the item with backorder status

Regarding back ordered products

I wonder if there is any issue that cause to delay the schedule of item's arrival.
