しかしながら、今回のトラブルについては、弊社はちゃんと商品を発送し、一度アメリカに到着し、住所不明ということで、日本に戻ってきたことが原因です。
商品の再送手続きも完了しております。

However, regarding this trouble we surely dispatched the item it arrived at US once, and it was then returned to Japan because of unknown address.
We have processed resending the item.
We will also bear the cost of resending, so will you kindly delete negative feedback?

I'm extremely sorry for the caused trouble.
However, we have shipped the product, and it has reached the US once, but got returned to Japan for unknown address. This is how it caused trouble.
We have shipped the product again and we are happy to pay for the extra shipment.
So do you think you could delete the negative feedback?
