I have this address saved to ebay and paypal, and I have ordered from overseas at least 10 times or more and each and every time the items have arrived at my house.
I also want to fix this problem, so please confirm with the post office again.
Since you've already paid for item #1, I'm not able to send a receipt with the revised shipping costs for the bid you placed for item #2 .
(It's possible to put the shipping costs for #2 and #3 together)
The #1 book is missing. (The rest in the series are in order)
The film on the box has tears, but all of the pieces inside are unopened and brand new.

The first manual is missing (all others are prepared).
