既に、加藤さんから聞いていると思いますが、当社でKタイプの販促用リーフレットを作成しています。
その際に、あなたの会社で撮影した添付写真を使用させて頂きたいと思います。そのため、写真のオリジナルデータを送って下さい。
リーフレットはほぼ完成していますので、今週中に写真を送って頂ければ助かります。

We would like to use the photo attachment taken in your office. Therefore, please send the original data of the picture.
The leaflets are almost completed so it would be helpful if you could send it by the end of this week.
