I've confirmed that the item doesn't have the Authenticity Code. I've got the name of the shop and its code, so would like to ask you to do an online registration. The new registration form from Lladro in case that doesn't work, so please keep it at your shop as a backup.

I've confirmed that there is no authenticity code on the item. Because you told me the shop name and code, you can register online. On the off chance that you cannot register using the new paper application your received from Lladro, please keep a spare at your shop.
