私はamazonに記載のあった住所にお客の品物を送っております。しかし、その住所が正しくなかったことを理由に商品が戻ってきました。
お客さんからのメッセージもあり日本からの送料を除いた料金をすでに返金しています。こちらは無駄に在庫を抱えてしまい。こちらが迷惑をしています。

I sent customer's item to the address written on Amazon. However, the item was returned because the address was not correct. I received a message from the customer and already made refund deducting shipping cost from Japan. I'm left with extra stock. This is causing me an inconvenience. Please refer to the link for dispatched proof. Also please cancel this complaint.

I sent the item to the address indicated on Amazon but since the address was not correct the item was returned back.
There's also a message from the buyer saying that the expedition fees from Japan have been refund already. Keeping the item is causing me troubles.
