やはりヘッドの形状、ロゴとインレイの入り方がJ‐45ではないと思うのです。
もしこの1952年製で他にもこの形状のJ45があって、その写真や記録などを見せてもらえれば納得もするのですが、そうでなければ納得できません。
私とギターショップの方が調べた限りでは、1952製のJ45でこの形状のものは見つかりませんでした。
再度返品、返金をお願いいたします。

I am sure that the shape of the head, and the way to put the logo and the inlay on it is different from J-45.
If a 1952 J45 having this shape exists, and you show me the photo or record, I will accept it.
But you cannot do that, I won't accept it.
A staff of a guitar shop and I searched, but we cannot fined a 1952 J45 which has this shape.
Again, please accept my returning goods and refund me the fee.

No matter how much information about the guitar you provided me, I believe that you need to refund my payment if the guitar is not genuine. I cannot recognize the guitar as J45, judging from a shape of head, logo and inlay placement.
If you could prove me a record such as picture or document that Gibson had created this type of J45 which is made in 1952, then I could believe that your guitar is genuine, but otherwise I cannot accept your argument.
As far as my research with a guitar shop, there is no record of J45 created in 1945. Therefore, I kindly request you to get me a refund and will return you the guitar.
