朝の「おはようございます」から始まって、「お疲れさま」「お帰りなさい。ご苦労さん」「ありがとう」など節々で挨拶をすること。しかも相手の目を見て行うこと。
部下を始め相手と約束したことは、些細なことでも必ず守ること。当たり前のことを当たり前にできるかということだ。守れない場合は、事前承諾をいただくこと。

Exchange greetings with others from time to time such as "Good morning" in the morning and "Good job," "How was your day? You must be tired," "Thank you." You must do so looking at the eyes of others.
