員数間違い発生事例
収容箱の中の袋に入っているものは計上、袋外のバラ(裸)になっているもの未計上。
収容箱内が、複数段になっているのに最下段分の計上漏れ
照明の暗い場所での員数確認の為、黒塗装製品が一段二列で収容箱に入っているのに一列分のみ計上した
購入品(外製品)の部門で、袋が開封してあるのに仕入先の現品票表示数をそのまま計上した
端数品が2箱あり、数量確認時にこれを一つにまとめたが片方のみの現品票数を計上した
員数確認中に声をかけられ話し合った後、そのまま続けて員数確認し間違い

A case occurred mistake of the number.

Because the number checked at a place where the light was dark, products painted black added up only one row even though there are 2 rows in a housing box.
In a section of purchase (out sourced parts), the number of identification tag's indication of supplier was added up as it is even though a bag was opened.
There were 2 boxes of fraction items and collected together when we checked the number but the number of one of a pair's identification tag was only added up.
While checking the number, talked by someone and discussed and after that made a mistake to keep checking the number.
