独自の戦略・戦術を持ち、リソーセスの設計が適切である
チャレンジ精神を持ち、リスクを恐れず、リスク管理に長ける
不測の事態に対して柔軟に対応して、方向転換を図る
環境変化による矛盾を新しいコンセプト（発想）で解決する
内外のネットワークを広く形成し、情報感度が高い
常に他より一歩先を行くこと（向上心）を心掛けている

To have the future vision (purpose and future image)
To have the position (role) and its stance
To manage the direction and the goal to employee and its organization
To have unique strategy and skill and also has proper resource design
To have the challenge spirit and is not afraid of risk and is good at risk management
To be flexible to manage the unexpected situation and can deal with that kind of situation
To solve the conflict which was caused environmental factor with the new concept (idea)
