風力発電の可能性調査の為に、風況観測を開始します。その際の機材を買うため、ご依頼したいと思っていますので、ＮＯＭＡＤＯの場合の必要機材と、金額、そして納期を教えて下さい。
風況観測のための鉄塔は、こちらで用意します。ですので必要ありません。
Hi, I'm contacting you for the first time.
I'll be starting an observation of wind conditions for a wind power feasibility study, and to purchase the necessary equipments, I'd like to ask for a list of required equipments, their cost, and delivery dates if this was to be done using NOMAD's products.
We'll be supplying our own steel tower required for the observation, so please exclude it from the proposal.
観測の高さは、60メートルを予定しております。６０メートル地点で、風向と風速の観測を2箇所を予定しています、なぜなら、1つの観測機材は壊れてても、もう一つあれば、観測を継続することが出来るからです。
風車のハブ高さは７０メートルです。ですので、６０メートル地点での風況を元に、事業計画を作成する予定でおります。
現在、我々はまったく観測機材をもっておりません。ですので、観測をするための
鉄塔を除いた一式の機材を早急に必要としています。
The height of the observation is planned to be at 60 meters. At that height we plan to measure the direction and velocity of the wind at two places, as we'll be able to continue our observation even when one breaks down.
The hub height of the windmill is 70 meters. So we plan to create our business plan based on the wind conditions at 60 meters.
Currently we have no observation equipment at all. So we're in a hurry to secure all equipment required for observation with the exclusion of the steel tower.
必要な機材とは、観測データーを蓄積するためのロガーと、60メートル地点での風速計と風向計が各２個そしてこれらの風向風速計の設置に必要なステーとケーブル、解析のためのソフトウェア一式です。
観測機材について、あるかたからＮＲＧを推薦されたのですが、わたしはＮＯＭＡＤのほうがいいとこれをくつがえしました。ですので、どうか早めに私に情報提供をお願いします。
The required equipments are, a logger to accumulate the observation data, 2 sets each of anemometer/anemoscope, stay and cable to install the aerovanes, and a software package to analyze the data.
I ask for an urgent reply with the necessary information, as someone has recommended NRG for purchasing observation equipments from, but I had it overturned as I favored NOMAD.
データーは、ロムカードに蓄積するか、通信回線によってデータを電送する予定でいます。
非常に簡単なご説明ですので混乱するかもしれませんが、必要となる機材一式、並びに御提案事項がありましたらそれを含めての機材と、見積書の御呈示を御願いします。また、初回の購入で不足分がもしもあったにしても、追加で購入する考えでいます。
Data is planned to be either stored in the ROM card or be transferred electronically via a wire. I may have confused you due to the brief explanation, but I ask for a proposal of all the required equipments and any additional equipments which you'd recommend. Also I plan to make follow-up purchases if we miss something in the initial purchase.

私達は観測機材をすぐに必要としてますので、御提案を吟味した上ですぐに購入します。支払いはＶＩＳＡデビットカードで行なおうと思ってますが大丈夫でしょうか？また、機材の納期も教えてください。当然、先に支払いを済ませます。また、御提案を頂いた機材一式について、数セット買うかもしれません。なぜなら、わたしたちが考えているのは、数十基の風車建設だからです。また、金額については、台数が多くなれば数万＄必要だということは充分理解してます。

As we need the observation equipments in a hurry, we'll make the purchase immediately after reviewing your proposal. I'm thinking of paying by Visa debit card, but would that be of any issue? Also please let me know your delivery date for the equipments. Obviously we'll pay you first. Also we might buy multiple sets of equipments you've proposed as we're considering setting up couple dozens of windmills. About the cash required, I do realize that as the number of the sets increases, we'll be required to pay tens of thousands of dollars.
