UPSに確認したところ、2つのパッケージは紛失したようです。
送り人からUPSに電話連絡するように指示されました。
vendorにUPSへ連絡するように依頼して下さい。
先ほど、Order#60と同じラグをを再注文しました。（いつも御社にこのように指示されるので。）
ベンダーに事情を説明して必ず2月19日までに届けるように依頼して下さい。
届かなかった2枚分のラグはキャンセルです。
返金処理をお願いします。
