先日PAYPALより連絡をいただきまして、商品の返却により、全額をお返しさせていただくとお話いただきました。しかし、返送料は私の負担とのことでした。先ほど送料確認しましたところ、約300ドルかかるとのことでした。これですと返却して全額戻ってきても、私はかなり損をしてしまいます。それならクレームをキャンセルして自分で修理をしたほうがいいと考えます。今回の一件はキャンセルとさせていただき、自分で修理をしますのでよろしくお願い致します。

I have got a contact from PayPal the other day, and got offered a full refund with the items returned. However, the postage seems to be charged on me. I have clarified the postage, and it's turned out to be about $300. If that's the case, I will have a big loss even if I returned the items and got a refund. Then I think I'll be better off canceling the order and repairing it by myself. I will let myself cancel the purchase this time and repair it on my own. Thank you for your understanding.

The other day I received a message via PayPal from you that if I were to send back the item, I would receive a full refund. However it would be me who would bear the cost of shipping. I've checked how much that would be and it turned out to be around $300. So even if I do get a full refund I'd be deep in red. As such I believe it would be wiser for me to cancel the claim and make fixes myself. Please understand that that's how I plan to proceed.

On the other day, I got a contact from Paypal and they told me that I would receive full refund upon shipping back the item. However the returning fee should be all on me.
So I checked out how much would be and I found out it could cost about $300. In this case, even if I could get full refund, I still have to owe much loss. And I thought it would be much better to cancel my claim and repair it by myself. As conclusion, I would like to cancel this matter and do repair by myself.
