I've been trying to return this but the local post office does not provide COD shipment unless i have an account with them
The only way i can send this which i will bear the shipping cost is airmail (no tracking no)
Unless you have a way to collect this package? or i can use my account to send via UPS under freight collect but this option will be expensive

唯一私が送付できる道は私が発送費用を負担した航空便のみです。(トラッキング無し)
他にあなたが荷物を回収する手段をお持ちでないかぎりですが。もしくは私のアカウントを使って貨物出荷のもとUPSを利用して送付することもできますがこちらのオプションはお高くなります。
