貴社から米国に送っていただいた商品が、
米国通関で通過できなかったため御社に返送された案件について。
先日、一度は日本の住所に送ってほしいと依頼しましたが、
変更して今回返送分はキャンセルを希望します。
理由は品物到着まで予定より非常に時間がかかった上、
金額も大きいため資金面で当方に難があるため
一旦、今回返送された商品分は商品が貴社に届き確認できましたら、
早急にすべて返金をしてください。
御社が一度米国に配送した際の送料は当方が負担しますので、
送料を差し引いた差額分を返金してください。
This is regarding the case that an item has been returned from you company from the U.S. to our company because the US custom didn't approve it.
We have requested to send it to our address in Japan the other day, however, we would like to cancel the items which have been returned this time.
A reason is that it has taken for a long time to receive it and the amount is large so it is difficult of us to handle at this time.
As soon as you receive the items and confirmed returned items, please refund us all as soon as possible.
We will take care of the shipping cost to the U.S. So please deduct it from the total refunded amount and refund it. Thank you.
