Thank you for quick delivery of my order (151549959839)! The adapter in great condition but description was wrong! No doubt main part of item is original and made by Pentax. But if you look at the back side which fixed by 5 tap screws you will find M42 screw not Pentax K lens mount. Maybe this part was changed by previous owner. It is clearly seen on photo, unfortunately I did not observe this mistake before buying. Please find attached image of original adapter K for 67 lenses from the Internet. You can compare yours photo and attached one.
