Please express a point and a background (why is it necessary) that your product wants to appeal by simple English. We are not just translate,try to actually use it and make an introduction sentence suitable for a Japanese user (culture).

はい、答えになっているかわかりませんが。「私たちは、単なる翻訳ではなく、実際に利用してみて、日本のユーザー（文化）に適した紹介文を作成します」、の”実際に利用してみて”というところがどうしてもわからなかったのです。だれが、なにを、利用するのか？ という疑問です。私もどうしていいかわかりませんでしたので、
「私達が翻訳します。その翻訳を実際あなたが見られたら（when you got it)、私達が「日本のユーザ（文化）に適した紹介文を作成した」ということをわかっていただけるでしょう(you can see)、という訳をしました。
