・予約受付商品のリストを行う際には、在庫商品とは別のファイルで管理を行った上で、再度メーカーへの事前確認を行う。

We will take following measures for preventing recurrence of the incident.
• when making list of reserved items, managing them on an independent file and make an advance check with item's manufacturer
