注文した商品が届かないというフィードバックを頂いた顧客に対しては配送業者へ商品の追跡調査を行い、経過を顧客に報告しました。その後この顧客からは商品到着の連絡がありました。
今後は常に配送業者のWEBサイトで商品の配送状況を確認し、少しでも遅延している時は速やかに配送業者に追跡調査を依頼し、顧客へはフォローの連絡をします。
また、速達便で発送した場合でもフライトスケジュールや通関手続等で配達日数が異なる場合があることを商品説明に追記します。
