しかし、３本購入のうち、ジーンズ２本返品したのにジーンズ１本分の金額３５ポンドしか
返金がありません。何かの手違いだと思います。
確認後、もう１本のジーンズの３５ポンドの返金をお願いします
返送した２本のジーンズの伝票の控えも私の手元にあります

Hello.
I’m contacting from Japan.
A while ago I heard from MasterCard regarding the refund of the product price.
However, even though I returned 2 out the 3 pairs of jeans I purchased, I received 35 pounds for 1 pair. It must be some kind of error.
Please verify it and refund me 35 pounds for another pair of jeans.
I still have a copy of the slip of the 2 pairs I returned.
