確かに、「修復品でも動作に問題がなければ良い」ということは理解できます。
しかし、これは日本人特有の考え方かもしれませんが、一度問題が生じた商品は使いたくない、という「心情」があるため、新品と交換ではなく修復品を再度送る、というあなたの提案を了承することはできません。

I can also understand your idea such as "Even if they are repaired, there is no problem as long as they work well".
But we Japanese feel that we don't want to use the item to which some problems happen once.
It may be special feeling for Japanese, but because of that, we can't agree your suggestion that you would send the repared items again instead of the new items.
