メーカーに問い合わせをしたところ英語での説明は同包されているCD-ロムに収録されているみたいなので確認の程よろしくお願いいたします。
電源に関してはコンセントの差し込み口の形状が違うだけで、100V～240V対応なのでほとんどの地域で使用可能とのことです。
コンセントの差し込み口の形状は世界各国で違いますので一度お近くの電気屋さんに相談してみてはいかがでしょうか？

As I checked with the manufacturer, English instruction manual is in an enclosed CD-ROM, please kindly check it.
About power, just the form of the plug is different but it's compatible with 100V to 240V, meaning it can be used in almost all areas. Plug form varies according to each country in the world, so will you please ask the electronics shop near you?

We've contacted the maker and been informed there's a CD-Rom which contains the English version of instruction in it. Please check it in the package.
About the power, the only difference is the model of power plug. The product can be used under 100V~240V so that makes it available in almost every region.
Because the model of power plug is different in every country. We'd suggest you to contact local appliance shop.
