まだ商品が届いていない様ですが、確実にイギリスの国際交換局からお近くの配送業者に届いており保管されている状態です。お急ぎならば追跡番号から調べ配送業者へ連絡することをお勧めします。
以前もメールで言った様にイギリスでの配送の遅れは責任を負うことはできません。

It seems that the items have not been delivered as yet, they are currently being held by a delivery agent from the postal exchange in the UK. If you are in a hurry, I recommend you contact this delivery agent and ask them to check for it with the tracking number.
As I have said in my previous mail I can not accept responsibility for the delays caused by the UK postal system.
