当社は共にAを納品したと誤解したことが原因です。正しくは1回目に納品を行ったのはAで、2回目に納品したのはBでした。

First of all, we offer our sincerest apology for the inconvenience we have caused.
This problem was caused by the mixing of the following item.
We delivered the figure A above on the follow 2 occasions.
The cause was that we mistakenly thought we delivered A. What happened is that we delivered A on the first occasion, but it was the B which was delivered on the second time.
Thus, we would like to discuss 2 points.

１．恐らく現在残っている在庫商品はBとなります。
これらの在庫をBとして入庫して頂くことは可能ですか？
２．２回目の納品において当社はB商品を４８点納品しましたが、
JANコードが異なるにも関わらず24点がA商品と誤って納品され、
B商品が24点入庫されていない状況です。
残る24点の在庫の所在と、私たちに何ができるのか教えてください。
このような問題を再発させない一番の方法は、納品時の商品リストの確認の徹底です。
当社ではこれまで以上に徹底して納品情報を精査することをお約束いたします。

Is it possible to count those as B in stock?
2. In the second delivery, we delivered 48 units of B, but 24 of which were received as A by error despite having a different JAN code. Thus, 24 units of B have not been counted.
Please tell us the whereabouts of the remaining 24 units and what we can do.
The best way to prevent it from recurring is to check the product list thoroughly at the time of delivery.
We promise you to check delivery information more carefully than before.
