In actual wearing condition ,garments made of these materials used to be wore under the condition that temperature gradient exists along the thickness direction of fabric.In addition,water transport phenomena from skin layer to fabric must be taking into account both in vapor and/or liquid state.In this paper,we propose the evaluation method of heat-of-absorption performance of fabrics considering actual wearing conditions using skin model apparatus(Thermo Labo Ⅱ),and we also propose physical model to analyze heat conduction phenomena with heat of absorption to assist the evaluation of heat-of-absorption performance of textile materials.
実際の着用状態においては、これらの生地で製造された衣服は素材の厚さ方向に沿って温度勾配が存在する条件下で着用される。さらには、皮膚層から素材への液体や水蒸気での水分輸送現象を考慮しなければいけない。本誌では実際の着用状態を想定し、皮膚を再現した装置(サーモラボⅡ)を使用した素材の吸収熱性能の評価方法を提唱する。また、我々は繊維素材の吸収熱性能の評価を補助するため、吸収熱にともなう熱伝導現象を分析する物理モデルを提案する。
