私が注文した本日発送予定の商品についてご連絡があります。
もしも配達ドライバーが商品を配達前に当方に電話をするときは、注文時に登録した電話番号ではなく、次の電話番号までお願いします。
平日の午前9時から午後5時まではいつでも商品を受け取れますので、お届け前に事前連絡が無くても大丈夫です。

If the delivery driver need to make a call before he delivery the goods, please tell him to call the below phone number instead of the one I wrote in the order. Thank you.
I will be able to receive the delivery from 9am to 5am in weekdays. If the delivery time is within that time period, a phone call before is considered unnecessary.
