オーダーＩＤ○○に関して
私はこの商品をオーダーされたが商品ページを見ると説明欄に「5 X」 と書かれていた
しかしこの商品はEANコードで検索しても、ASINを使ってアマゾンJPで検索しても１本での販売商品です
カスタマーレビューを見ても分かる通りこの商品ページの説明は問題を起こす原因となっています
このオーダーを私はどの様に履行すれば良いか教えて下さい

Regarding order ID#
I received an order of this item, but the product page says 5X in the description.
However, if you search this item with an EAN code and search it on Amazon Japan with an ASIN, you see that it’s sold as 1 unit.
As you can see in customer reviews, this product description is the cause of problems.
Please tell me how I should do proceed with this order.

Related to the order, ID◯◯, this product has been ordered. But, when I looked at the product page, [5X] was being written in the explanation part. However, even though I used EAN code to search, or ASIN at AmazonJP, there was one piece of the selling product. As I could understand by looking at the customers' reviews, the explanation in this product page might be the cause of the problem. Please consider how I should fulfill this order.
