Why is the EMS Japanese post tracking system not showing any information about the tr. no. EL○○JP See attached image from today.
I am very sorry to tell you that if I don't get a satisfactory answer at the latest tomorrow (Swedish time) I will be forced to open a case for "Item not received" and also rapport you to Ebay for "Seller don't want to sell"
According to Ebay tracking information this item has not reached the carrier yet. It means that you have never sent the turntable.
I have also asked the Swedish post system handling EMS in Sweden and they can not see anything in Sweden or in Japan about the tracking number.

追跡No. EL○○JPを日本のEMS貨物追跡システムで検索しても、何の情報も得られないのはなぜでしょうか。現状の画像を添付しましたのでご確認ください。
大変申し訳ございませんが、もし遅くとも明日（スウェーデン時間）までに納得のいくご回答がいただけないようでしたら、「商品未着」として訴訟を引き起こさざるを得ません。さらには、貴社を「販売する気のない売主」としてeBayに報告させていただきます。
eBayの追跡情報によると、この商品はまだ輸送業者に到着していないとのことです。
従って、貴社がまだターンテーブルを出荷していないものと認識しております。
また、EMSを扱っているスウェーデンの郵便会社にも尋ねましたが、スウェーデンと日本のいずれでも状況追跡No.では追跡ができないとのことでした。
I feel everything as an extremely annoying situation and I have really done everything in my power to be patient and understanding.
As I say tommorrow I will contact Ebay for rapporting you as a non performing seller if you don't give me a good reason to not.
