現在私は、シドニー大学への申請が完了してません。
私は、自分の大学では正式に交換留学生として選出されており、自分の大学には
シドニー大学への申請用紙をすでに提出しております。しかし、シドニー大学の申請システム
が今年から変更になるそうで、そのためシドニー大学の申請システムが整うまで
シドニー大学には交換留学の申請ができないと自分の大学の担当者に言われております。

My application to The University of Sydney has not been completed yet.
The college has officially chosen me as an exchange student and submitted the application form the University of Sydney. However, it seems that the University of Sydney is changing the application system this year. The college staff in charge of exchange students told me that they cannot finalize the application to the University of Sydney untill their new application system is completed.

I am relieved to know how the formal offer proceeding.
I have one thing to tell you.
My application to Sydney University is not completed yet.
I was formally selected at my University as exchange student, and I had
handed out the application from to my University in order to be transferred to Sydney University. However, the application system at Sydney University has changed this year. So I was told I am not able to apply until the system of Sydney University is settled by the person in charge at my University.
