説明不足で申し訳ございません。
EBAYのシステム上、インボイスで価格を調整できるのは送料の金額だけのようなのです。
今回の場合は送料$20なので、これを$0にしてインボイスを作成しましたが、商品代金を値引き修正できませんでした。
全額で$26.1の値引きの予定ですが、現在お送りした、インボイスでは合計$206.1になっているかと思います。
こちらのインボイスで一旦決済していただき、決済確認後paypalからすぐにこちらで$6.1USD分を返金手続きしますので、ご協力ください。

It seems that eBay system can only adjust postage on invoice price.
This time postage cost $20 so I created invoice with postage $0, but I could not correct discount from the amount of the item.
Total discount would be $26.1 but current invoice sent should be total $206.1.
Please kindly make payment on thie invoice first, I will process refund of $6.1USD immediately from PayPal after receiving payment. Thanks for your kind cooperation.
