恐らく今回のケースでは購入代金の決済に関する問題だと考えられます
○では正常に決済が完了すると自動的に購入者様のご住所が表示される仕様ですが
現時点ではお客様のご住所が表示されておりません
また、○の仕様上、購入代金の決済が正常に完了した後に発送手続きが開始されますので
その為、今回の場合は配送先の住所を変更しても問題の解決には十分ではないと考えています
