ただし会場のスペースには限りがございます。状況により観覧規制をかけさせて頂く場合がございます。予めご了承下さい。
■握手会参加方法
握手会の参加には「握手会参加券」が必要となります。
当日会場にて6/4発売アルバム「Killing Me Softly」をご購入の方に先着で「握手会参加券」をプレゼント致します。
「握手会参加券」をお持ちの方はミニライブ終了後に開催される握手会にご参加いただけます。
CD販売開始時間：15:30～(予定)
As there are space limits on the venue, based on that days situation there might be certain regulations enforced. For your kind understanding.
■To participate in the handshake event
To participate in the handshake event, a [Handshake event participation ticket] would be required.
For those who bought the album 「Killing Me Softly」 on the day itself on 4/6 would receive a Handshake event participation ticket] as present.
For those with a [Handshake event participation ticket] would be able to participate in the handshake event which is after the end of the mini live.
CD Sales start time ：15:30～(Predicted)
※お客様、及び、出演者の安全を第一に考え、警備強化を目的として握手会にご参加される方には参加前に以下の項目のご協力をお願い致します。
・握手会に参加されるお客様のお荷物のお預かり
・握手会参加前のボディチェック
上記の項目にご協力いただけない場合は握手会への参加をお断りさせていただく場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
※With the customers and the performers safety as the first priority, with an increased security, for those who are participating in the handshake, please kindly comply with the following mentioned before you participate in the event.
・Temporarily handing over your belongings during the handshake event.
・Body check prior to the handshake event participation
Please kindly understand that if you were to refuse to cooperate with the above mentioned, you would not be able to participate in the handshake event.
■女性・子供用エリア設置のお知らせ
当日、女性及びお子様、もしくは、お子様連れのお客様を対象として、比較的ステージを観やすくなる位置に女性・子供用エリアを設置致します。観覧スペースの、前方のイス席を女性・子供用エリアとさせて頂きます。
イスの数には限りがございますので、当日は座席が埋まり次第、締め切らせて頂きますので予め御了承下さい。対象となるお子様の年齢は小学生以下とさせて頂きます。
■ Announcement for providing a dedicated area for women and children
The dedicated area for women and children intended for women, children, and visitors accompanying children will be provided for the event day where the stage will be comparably easy to watch. Chairs provided at the front portion of visitors space will be designated as the dedicated area for women and children.
As the numbers of chairs are limited, please note that the designated area is closed when all chairs provided will be fully occupied. The age limit of subjected children will be less than highest grade of a elementary school.
ただし乳幼児のご来場に関しましては、ライブの際のスピーカー音量などを考慮致しますとあまりお奨めは出来ません。
もし、ご来場される際はスピーカーから離れた場所で観覧されることをお奨め致します。
■注意事項
本イベントへのご参加にあたり下記注意事項を必ずお守り頂きますようお願い致します。
注意事項に反する行為が見受けられた場合、及び当日スタッフの指示に従って頂けない場合は、イベントの中止もしくはご退場を頂く場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
Infants are not recommended for participation considering the loud volume of the speaker sounds at the live performance. If their guardians chose to bring them, they would be advised to watch the show far from those speakers.
■Caution
Please follow the below cautions prior to participating the event.
The event may subject to termination, or you may be asked to leave the venue, if such behaviours listed below violate our policies as well as when staff's instruction is not followed:
※当日のイベント開始時刻/及びCD販売開始時刻は予告なく変更になる場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
※握手会は会場の都合上、順番待ちのお客様がいらっしゃる状況でも終了となる場合がございます。
※複数枚「握手会参加券」をお持ちのお客様で2度目以降のご参加の場合は再度、列の最後尾にお並び頂くこととなります。
※会場への問い合わせはお控え下さい。イベント中止の原因になります。
* Please know in advance, that the start time of the event /CD sale start time may subject to change without advanced notice.
* The handshake event may subject to end even though customers are still in line.
* Those of you who holds more than one "Handshake event participation ticket" and wish to participate for the second time or more, are to line up at the end of the queue.
* Please refrain from contacting the venue. This may cause the event termination.
※施設内や会場での荷物置き等による場所取り行為や座り込みは禁止とさせて頂きます。スタッフの指示により移動していただく場合もございますので、予めご了承ください。
※「握手会参加券」はいかなる場合(紛失・盗難等含む)においても再発行は致しませんのでご了承ください。
※「握手会参加券」はイベント当日の指定された時間のみの有効となります。
※アーティスト出演中の撮影・録音・録画等の行為は一切禁止です。
* Securing your spots by leaving your belongings or sitting around is prohibited inside the facility or venue. Please know in advance that our staff may ask you to move.
* Please know in advance that "the handshake event participation ticket" will not be reissued for any circumstances (incl. lost or stolen).
* "The handshake event participation ticket" is valid only the duration of the specified time, date, and venue of the event.
* Photo taking, audio recording, or videotaping the artist is prohibited during the performance.
※当日会場にてCDをご購入される際、お支払い方法は現金のみとさせて頂きます。クレジットカード等でのお支払いはお受けできませんので予めご了承ください。
※ご購入頂いた商品の払い戻しは一切行いませんので予めご了承下さい。不良品は良品交換とさせて頂きます。
※3歳以上のお子様をご同伴の場合は別途お子様の分の「握手会参加券」が必要になります。
※For those who bought the CD at the venue on the day itself, only payment in cash would be accepted. Payments through credit card etc, would not be accepted. For your kind understanding.
※Kindly understand that there would be no refund for any purchases made. For any defective products, you can request for an exchange.
※For children 3 and above, an additional [Handshake event participation ticket] would be required.
※徹夜で会場に溜まるなどの行為は、近隣住民の方の迷惑となりますので、おやめください。徹夜行為を見つけた場合は、イベントを中止させていただく場合がございます。
※当日の交通費・宿泊費等はお客様負担となります。
※会場の設備故障や天災、交通ストライキなど不可抗力の事由により、公演実施不可能と判断された場合は、公演を中止致します。
※公演内容はメンバーの状況等により変更になる可能性がございます。予めご了承ください。
※Please do not camp overnight at the venue as it would disturb the neighbours. If one were to be found camping at the venue overnight, the event would be cancelled.
※The transportation fees and living fees for that day would not be funded by us.
※If there were any accidents during the preparations, natural disasters, transportation strikes or any other inevitable reasons, and determined to be unable to be held, the performance would be cancelled.
※The performance programe might change with reference to the member's situation. For your kind understanding
