1ヶ月ほど前に購入したマシンですが身体用ヘッドの接触不良が原因で
添付のとおりメインマシンの表示がおかしくなります。
私がバックアップで持っている正常なヘッドで試したところ、正常に表示されます。
ですからメインマシンの故障ではありません。
使用してまだ１ヶ月なので替えの身体用ヘッドを以下の住所へ送ってください。

I bought this machine about a month ago, but as per attached, the main machine display is defected due to the contact failure of the body head.
As I tried with the other backup machine with the normal head, it shows properly.
This therefore is not a failure of the main machine.
Since it has only been a month, please send me the body head to the below address as a replacement.

I had purchased the machine one month ago, but the display of the main machine is freaking as attached, because of the poor contact of the body and the head.
When I tried with the normal head which I have as the backup, it will display correctly.
So this is not a malfunction of the main machine.
Please send a new head part to the address below since it is used only a month.

Regarding to the machine I bought about 1 month ago, the display of the main machine went wrong as shown in the attached photo, due to the bad connection with the body head.
I have tested with a normal head that I owned for backup, and the display works without any problems.
Therefore the problem is not on the main machine.
Since it has just been used for 1 month, I request that you deliver another head for replacement to the following address.
