2013年12月に発売の発表があった時には、発売予定日は2014年1月でした。
それから何度も延期され、私たちはその度にカスタマーに謝罪しお待ちいただくようお願いしてきました。
私たちは、深い深い失望を味わっています。もう信用できません。
つきましては商品のキャンセルをしたいと思います。

Thank you for your patience.
We were informed that the manufacturer's release schedule for Griffon Enterprise products is now revised to November, 2014.
We apologize the inconvenience.
If we recall the release announcement made in December, 2013, its expected release date was moved to January, 2014.
Since then, everytime the schedule was postponed over time, we have expressed our apologies to our customer to wait longer.
Now we are in the deepest dispair. We can no longer trust them.
We therefore would like to cancel the order.
Could we issue you a refund?
